We have added an option to remove social media and share buttons. Woohoo!

Thank you for the feedback Reece! If you do not add any social links, the buttons will not show up on your actual folder or file pages. We will also add an option to enable or disable the social buttons in the editor interface to make this more clear and give you the option to toggle them on or off.
